What we collect. Only what you type into the application: your name, email, city, a link, and your answers. The form service (Web3Forms) passes it to our email and does not keep a copy beyond delivery logs.

Why. To decide on your application and to contact you about the trip you applied for. That is all. No newsletter unless you ask for one, no selling, no sharing with anyone except the people who host the trip once you have confirmed a seat (they need your name and dietary notes).

How long. Until the trip you applied for has ended, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is first. Rejected applications are deleted within 90 days.

Your rights. Ask to see, correct or delete your data any time: [email protected]. We reply within 7 days.

Cookies and tracking. None. This site has no analytics and sets no cookies.

Payments. If you choose to hold a seat, you pay by UPI or PayPal directly; we never see or store card numbers.
